Kelly McClellan

As Senior Director of Human Resources at Auto Driveaway, Kelly leads HR strategy across compliance, payroll, benefits, 401(k) administration, and employee relations. She partners with Operations to align human capital with business objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Prior to her role at Auto Driveaway, Kelly’s was the Assistant Director of HR for the Better Business Bureau of Chicago.

Kelly holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is recognized as a Workplace Mental Health Ally. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
