Matthew Salm

As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Auto Driveaway, Matt oversees day-to-day operations across Vehicle Transport, Truck Transport, and Drivers On Demand. He holds responsibility for operations, client services, and business development, supporting scalable growth and operational consistency across the organization.

Earlier in his career, Matt was Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Sourcing at Element Fleet Management, where he led procurement for one of North America’s largest fleet management companies

Matt holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
