Ryan O’Shea

Ryan is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Auto Driveaway, where he leads initiatives to grow new business and strengthen customer relationships. He collaborates closely with teams across Operations, Finance, and Marketing to drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Auto Driveaway, Ryan held leadership roles across the fleet management industry, including nearly a decade at Element Fleet Management, where he focused on strategic consulting, account management, and client development

Ryan holds an MBA from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College (MA).
